Who we are
IJAN Solutions is a business of Salaheddine Naji, Nemerkendries 41, 1570 Galmaarden, Belgium, company number (KBO) 1040.201.868. We are responsible for processing the data you share through this website. Send privacy questions to sales@ijansolutions.be.
What data and why
Through the contact form you provide your name, email address and message, and if you wish your company name and phone number. We only use this data to answer your question and, if you want, to make you a proposal. The legal basis is your own request (steps prior to entering into a contract). You receive a confirmation email through our Belgian email provider.
If you become a client
We then process the data needed for the contract and invoicing (contact details, VAT number, billing details) for as long as the client relationship lasts, plus the statutory retention period for accounting records.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no fonts or scripts from third parties. Everything is served from our own servers. They keep standard technical log files (IP address and time of visit) for security purposes; these are kept for at most six months.
Where your data is stored
The website and the data from the contact form are stored on servers in the European Union. We work with these parties:
- Hetzner (Germany) — hosting of our servers.
- Combell (Belgium) — email.
We never sell or rent out your data.
How long we keep it
Messages that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted no later than twelve months after they have been handled.
Your rights
You can always access, correct or delete your data, and you can object to the processing. Email sales@ijansolutions.be to do so. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
