What Pointer does

    A profile per trainer with their skills. Trainers report when they are unavailable and reply to requests, so you see who is free when you plan.

  • Scheduling and enrolment

    Courses with their sessions, trainers and participants per organisation. Reminders before the start go out automatically.

  • Attendance and certificates

    Attendance per session and per half day. Attendance sheets and certificates as PDF, in your own branding.

  • Refresher training

    An expiry date per certificate. Pointer shows which certificates are about to expire, grouped by organisation.

  • Evaluations

    Participants evaluate through a link or QR code, clients through their portal. An evaluation can lead to an improvement action you follow up.

  • Client portal

    Clients see their own courses, participants and certificates, without your quotes or margins.

  • Prospects and quotes

A user is an internal account: administrator, business developer or account manager. Trainers and client accounts in the portal do not count.

Every plan includes: all features above, hosting in the EU, a backup every night and updates.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. Every plan can be cancelled monthly. You can export your data to Excel or CSV beforehand.

Where is my data stored?

On a Hetzner server in Falkenstein, Germany: inside the EU and in line with the GDPR. We make a backup every night and test every month that we can actually restore it.

Do we get our own address?

Yes. Your organisation gets its own address, for example yourname.pointer.ijan.be, with your own logo and colours.

Which languages does Pointer support?

Dutch, French and English. The screens, emails and documents such as certificates and attendance sheets are available in all three languages.

Who counts as a user?

Only internal accounts: administrators, business developers and account managers. Trainers and clients in the portal do not count towards your plan.

Can we bring our existing lists?

Yes. Organisations, contacts, participants, trainers and completed courses can be imported from Excel or CSV. A dry run first shows what would happen, without saving anything.
